Mujer sentada en el piso ejercitando los aductores de la cadera.

  1. Siéntese en el piso. Junte las plantas de los pies de modo que las rodillas apunten hacia fuera.

  2. Acerque los talones a la ingle, tan cerca como le resulte cómodo.

  3. Ponga las manos en las rodillas y, con suavidad, empújelas hacia el piso.

  4. Sostenga durante 30 a 60 segundos.

  5. Relaje y repita esto de 2 a 3 veces.

  6. Haga este ejercicio 3 veces por día.
