Wrist Extension (Flexibility)

Choose a preferred language
  1. Stand or sit and hold your arms straight out in front of you.

  2. Bend your right hand back at the wrist. Gently pull back on your right hand with your left hand. Don’t bend your fingertips backward. Feel the stretch in your right wrist.

  3. Hold for 30 to 60 seconds, then relax. Repeat 2 times.

  4. Switch arms and repeat.
